They divorced more than a year ago.
But only now have Camille and Kelsey Grammer finally reached a financial settlement.
The former couple were granted their divorce in February last year but had been unable to agree on the terms of the division of their properties and fortune.
'Camille and Kelsey had a post divorce conference scheduled for December 20, but it has been taken off calendar because they hashed out a settlement within the last few days,' a source told Radar.
'Even though their divorce was granted in February 2011, they had been unable to reach a financial agreement until this time. Camille and Kelsey had a very complicated settlement because of the properties they owned together and various investments.'
Since their divorce Kelsey has remarried, to former air steward Kayte Walsh, 32, with whom he even has a child - five-month-old baby Faith.
This week Camille, who herself shares two children with her ex, revealed the couple only communicate through lawyers.
'We are spending a fortune just to try to co-parent, which is ridiculous,' she revealed on chatshow Anderson.
The 44-year-old claimed to Anderson Cooper that the 57-year-old has even banned her daughter Mason, 11, and eight-year-old son Jude from mentioning their mother's name in the house.
'It's very difficult to co-parent with someone who won't speak to you, text your or e-mail you,' the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star says on Tuesday's episode of Anderson Live.
'The kids at this point, which is kind of sad I found this out, that they are not allowed to same my name in the house,' Camille claimed.

'I think they can say mom or the other household but they can't say my name.' She added: 'He doesn't speak to me at all, so it's very, very difficult because I've reached out to him.'
The former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star also added that she hopes Kelsey will allow their relationship to become amicable in the future.
She said: 'I mean, we were best friends and I miss my best friend.' 'So, it would be nice. I know it's never going to be that relationship or that friendship for whatever reason, but just for us to get along, for the sake of our children.'
